What ’s It All About?

Soul City I.C.E.com features the Internets first information page for African Americans in Utah. We are unique in that we feature information about the local African American community. This is the place to advertise your business and for those who wish to target the African American consumer and business market.  Soul City I.C.E. is the key resource for anyone wanting to reach our special population.

Our goal is to provide the Information, Community, and Entertainment (I.C.E.) needs for Utah’s African American community. This idea was born when two friends got together to share idea’s . We thought it would be wonderful if we could find information about our community in one place.

We needed to have a place where we could  find out about what is going on and shaping our local and national communities. We  pooled our knowledge and developed Soul City I.C.E.  your one source, one stop, and one community place.

We, Rita L. Martin and Emma E. Houston  launched Soul City I.C.E on Friday, September 18, 2009 which is dedicated to you our brothers and sisters.
